ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Financial Services organization in Charlotte, NC/Richmond, VA for a Technical Analyst to assist their team.

Title: Technical Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC/Richmond, VA

Duration: 12-18 Months (Possible convert to full-time)

A hybrid option is available at the start.

Pay rate: Best in the segment on W2.

Client: Reputed client in the US

Job Description:

Required Skills:

  • Process orientation - very structured and rigorous when it comes to process execution

  • Analytical skills - natural curiosity with data and natural problem solving ability

  • Strong communication skills - proactively provides visibility into plans and status of work including raising blockers

  • Technical Skills - Knowledge of CI/CD Tooling: Jira, Jenkins, Artifactory, Tower, Quartz, Endevor

  • Identifies risk/dependencies and quantifies the impact it has on the business/technology and what controls are to be used to resolve

  • Ability to track program and multiple value stream variances in order to ensure work aligns with program objectives

  • Understands the roles and responsibilities of other teams who participate in the lifecycle and engages as required

  • Ability to identify business/technical opportunities (product innovation, cost reduction, process improvement)

  • Ability to sets agendas and define artifacts needed for governance forums. And effectively collect feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of work
