Richmond Beverage Solutions has immediate job openings for a Processing Assistant: Operate all production equipment at or above production and quality standards and CIP systems.

DUTIES:
MAKE MIX/BATCHING FOR UHT AND HTST SYSTEMS.
SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN UHT AND HTST PROCESSING SYSTEMS AND ALL ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT.
SET UP, CIP AND CLEAN ASSOCIATED RAW AND PASTEURIZED EQUIPMENT (TANKS, LINES, BATCH SYSTEMS, etc.)
PERFORM ASSIGNED PM’s, REBUILD VALVES,PUMPS AND HOMOGENIZER, ETC.
OPERATE AND CIP SEPARATOR AND OTHER ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT
LIFT 50 TO 100 LBS. ON A REPETITIVE BASIS.
WORK IN HOT, HUMID CONDITIONS.
COMPLETE AND MAINTAIN ALL ASSOCIATED RECORDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY, STATE AND FEDERAL REQUIRMENTS.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Production or general work experienced preferred
Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
Able to follow directions and carry out instructions
Able to effectively work in a team environment
Able to legibly write entries for record keeping
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and
decimals
Must be able to read, write and speak English
