BAE Systems Customer Technical Solutions Manager in Richmond Heights, Missouri
Job Description
Looking for a proactive, forward-thinking, self-starter for a position as a Customer Technical Solutions (CTS) Manager for GXP products. Lead employees on providing solutions to current and pending customers of GXP products and services.
Provide leadership and guidance to employees in various subjects, but can include doing on-site installation, customization, support, and training for the GXP Platform and software packages as part the Customer Technical Solutions group.
Managerial duties to include:
Recruiting, selecting, and orientating new employees
Annual performance evaluations
Ensuring premium customer care by employees to our customers.
Collaborate with other managers in CTS and other GXP team members to ensure demos, training, and customer visits are properly covered.
Coaching employees
Consistent and accurate flow-down of information to employee
Other duties to include troubleshooting customer issues via email, phone, and on-site customer visits. Using Salesforce customer Relationship Management (CRM) for tracking all customer interactions. Software deficiency and enhancement requests documented within Azure DevOps. Conduct software demonstrations to current and potential customers at work site, trade shows and customer visits. Assist with training material development and other sales, marketing and technical support activities as required.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required education: A Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years working in software/systems engineering, or technical support, specifically in the geospatial community
Experience with imagery systems and requirements
Experience in systems administration of windows-based systems and networking
Experience in providing software technical support.
Experience in leading a team or projects.
Excellent communication skills verbal and written
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience in cloud based solutions
Knowledge and experience of the following areas or products: MOVINT Tools, SOCET GXP, GXP Xplorer, GXP WebView, GXP InMotion or GXP Onscene
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
