ManpowerGroup Senior Piping Design Engineer in Richland, Washington
Our client, a global engineering and construction company , is seeking a Pipeline Design Engineer to join their team. As a Pipeline Design Engineer , you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Project Team for the Hanford Vit Plant project . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail , excellent communication skills , and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Piping Design Engineer
Location: Richland, WA
Pay Range: $50 - $58 per hour
What’s the Job?
Perform 3D modeling of piping and equipment in a 3D model environment.
Prepare 2D drawings/documents, including General Arrangements and piping isometric drawings.
Assist in coordinating 3D model activities and resolving interference issues.
Support planning, scheduling, and maintaining design standards to ensure quality.
Collaborate with engineers, construction teams, and suppliers for model/space control.
What’s Needed?
Significant hands-on experience using a 3D piping design platform.
Extensive knowledge of ASME B31.1 and/or B31.3 codes.
AA/AS/Cert with 8–11 years of related design experience or equivalent experience.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, physicals, and background checks.
Eligibility to obtain a Department of Energy badge for site access.
