The Senior Implementation Manager provides technical support, oversight, and governance for Mechanical Enterprise Risk Projects, enabling Project Managers to execute deliverables effectively, safely, on time, and within budget. Leveraging specialized skills, this role challenges execution strategies and validates project readiness, aiming to improve schedules, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. Specifically, they work with CPM or RMM Managers and Enterprise Risk Project Managers, and are often critical during refueling outages, where they identify opportunities to save critical path time (and associated costs), shorten outage durations (saving millions), and prevent risks that could significantly extend outages (potentially costing tens of millions). This full-time position is located in Richland, WA.
