ManpowerGroup Electrical Engineer in Richland, Washington

Our client, a leading global engineering and project management company, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Hanford Vit Plant project. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Richland, WA

Pay: Starting at $31/h (negotiable) + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Design HLW electrical systems and equipment for procurement and construction.

  • Utilize SETROUTE, BlockDraw, and ETAP for HLW design tasks.

  • Interpret and apply relevant codes, standards, and customer requirements to design documents and specifications.

  • Conduct calculations and special studies, ensuring accurate and efficient designs.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project execution.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 3 years of related electrical engineering experience.

  • Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NFPA, ANSI/IEEE, etc.).

  • Working knowledge on electrical systems, schematics, and electrical equipment layouts.

  • Working knowledge of electrical equipment specification and material requisition process and developing procurement documentation in BPS.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.

  • Ability to obtain a Department of Energy badge for Hanford Site access.

  • US Citizenship required.
