Meadows at Brookmeade is currently accepting applications for a full-time Nursing Staff Scheduler!

The Scheduler provides staffing coordination to assure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. The scheduler generates, manages, and updates master schedules while making adjustments as needed according to budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, call-ins, scheduling resident appointments & transportation, and preplanned leaves of absence. The schedule for the position in Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follows the master staffing schedule

• Communicates continuously with Director of Nursing to ensure coordination of information and maintain accuracy of nursing schedule

• Prepares daily staffing sheets with continual revisions as necessary

• Follows center policy and DON guidelines in the personnel policies and the Director of Nursing's direction

• Reviewing requests for paid time off

• Fulfilling staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts

• Reviews daily exemption sheets for payroll

• Scheduling resident appointments & transportation

Experience in healthcare administration and/or nursing preferred. Pay rate based on experience
