Landscape Laborer - 4 fulltime, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 4/1/25-12/1/25.

Employer: Eco Quality Landscaping, LLC 118 Blue Bains Road, Rexford, NY 12148.

Duties: Maintenance: rake, leaf blow, apply mulch, plant trees, shrubs, annual beds, mow, edge, weed, light pruning, spring and fall cleanups. Help keep shop clean and orderly, maintain tools and equipment (hand tools, blowers, trimmers and mowers). Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Employer to provide transportation to and from worksites in Saratoga, Albany, Schenectady, and Rensselaer counties, NY, from central meeting point.

No education or experience required.

Work hours: Mon-Sat, 7am-5pm; 40 hours/week at $19.82/hour. OT at $29.73/hour (up to 10 OT hours/week).

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Monday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made.

Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).

Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $15.88/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts.

Optional Employer provided housing available at $82/week deduction. Utilities NOT included.
