Description We are offering a contract for a Legal Assistant position in Revere, Massachusetts, United States. In this role, you will be expected to manage calendars, handle correspondence, and perform bank runs among other tasks in our industry.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process all billing functions to maintain client relations

• Perform calendar management tasks to ensure smooth operations

• Handle correspondence to maintain open and clear communication

• Conduct bank runs to manage financial transactions

• Request and manage medical records as part of the case handling process

• Efficiently perform filing and eFiling tasks to keep records organized

• Manage phone calls to facilitate communication and address inquiries

• Prepare and deliver briefings to keep all parties informed. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Billing Functions, including the ability to accurately manage and organize invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

• Extensive experience in Briefing, with the capacity to prepare, summarize, and communicate complex legal documents effectively.

• Proficient in Calendar Management, with the ability to schedule and coordinate meetings, deadlines, and court dates efficiently.

• Strong skills in Client Relations, capable of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, managing their expectations, and addressing their inquiries and issues promptly.
