Google Technical Delivery Executive, Army in Reston, Virginia

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in technical program management and professional services delivery work.

  • Experience delivering digital transformation projects to global organizations.

  • Holds a current security clearance or be eligible and willing to apply for a security clearance as program needs require.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Certification in PMP.

  • Experience collaborating and building technical solutions in partnership with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Experience working with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud and broader enterprise technology transformation space.

  • Experience building relationships with government officials and C-level stakeholders by developing an understanding of the customer business and driving data-driven insights.

As a Technical Delivery Executive, you will work directly with Google’s most strategic public sector customers on large transformational engagements underpinned by Google’s Cloud Platform (GCP) to drive value for those customers. You will provide thought leadership, delivery management, consulting, and technical goal to customer engagements while working with Google's cross-functional executives and key technical leaders to oversee the planning and deployment of solutions via Google Cloud Platform.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Be a credible thought leader within Google and industry in the subject matter domain of the respective organization. Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management whereby improvements are measurable and the impact can be realized.

  • Drive measurable GCP platform adoption that is correlated to execution velocity. Be a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading multiple customer organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.

  • Establish and lead a strategic planning framework for a complex program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders. Drive solution excellence including quality and utility, user experience, and usage improvement.

  • Drive measurable program performance gains correlated to execution velocity. Establish governance over prioritization decisions to ensure alignment with key performance indicators.
