Leidos Executive Administrative Assistant in Reston, Virginia
Description
Leidos is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Corporate Finance Executives in Reston – VA. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in managing executive schedules, correspondence, meetings, and other key administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications for the executive team.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
Assist with managing and tracking expenses, invoices, and budgets.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate special projects and company events as needed.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities.
Work closely with other departments and team members to ensure alignment with executive goals and priorities.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing office documentation.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma / GED and 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant in corporate setting.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Ability to consistently work effectively, efficiently, and cooperatively with other corporate functions and departments, clients from line organizations, and external parties such as outside law firms.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or some college/post-high school course work with relevant experience

Pay Range:
Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
