Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Digital Product Engagement Specialist to lead communication initiatives for our Data Asset Services Group. Reporting directly to the Director of the Data Asset Service Group, the Digital Product Engagement Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive communications program to promote our data services and products internally and externally. The candidate will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Chief Data Analytics Office to support his outreach efforts by developing talking points and creating visually impactful presentations. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can effectively convey complex information in a compelling and accessible manner.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a strategic communications plan for the Data Asset Services Group to effectively market CDAO and DAS services and products.

•Define and promote a “Unity Catalog” to internal and external customers, educating them on its significance and benefits.

•Lead efforts to educate enterprise customers on cloud technology and integration with our data services.

•Create and execute scalable communications programs to accommodate the expanding division, leveraging various channels including email, web, social media, and mobile.

•Drive growth and effectiveness of communications programs by integrating data analytics into campaigns and initiatives.

•Create compelling content and collateral to communicate insights and reporting that drive decision points crucial to organizational success.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.

• Produce visually impactful presentations and talking points for executive leadership, highlighting the value of our data assets and services.

Qualifications

• U.S Citizen who has lived in the U.S. for the past 5 years (required by contract) and the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

•5 years of experience in strategic communications or marketing

Preferred Skills/Experience

•Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.

•Experience in copywriting, editing, and crafting engaging content.

•Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship building in a complex organizational environment.

•Ability to translate complex data concepts into accessible and engaging content.

•Experience in graphic design and video editing, with excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint), Visio, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, CRM, Kanban, and email marketing platforms.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
