Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a File Clerk in Reseda, California, 91335, United States. The role will primarily involve the organization and maintenance of confidential documents, and the use of various software like Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, About Time. The File Clerk will also handle clerical duties and respond to inbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain confidential files and documents

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document management and editing

• Handle clerical tasks such as correspondence and chart-graph creation

• Respond to inbound calls and provide customer service when necessary

• Use A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, and About Time for various functions

• Assist in e-filing and ensure the proper organization of all documents

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed

• Process customer applications and maintain accurate customer records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a File Clerk or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Epic Software.

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 and About Time software.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services and A-Systems is a plus.

• Ability to efficiently handle answering inbound calls.

• Knowledge of creating charts and graphs.

• Demonstrated competence in handling clerical duties.

• Excellent skills in managing correspondence.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
