We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to join North American Professional & Specialty Solutions (P&SS) business within Agricultural Solutions (AP) in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. In this role, you will be part of the Marketing Operations Team enabling the business to be successful by creating efficiencies across all key business processes

As a Senior Marketing Analyst - Research Triangle Park, NC, You Create Chemistry By...

• Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to bring external insights to support business steering. As the market analyst, you will be responsible for the long term market forecast as well as providing regular insights to the team to support marketing strategies (e.g. pricing, positioning etc.).

• Analyzing marketing program performance and bringing recommendations to key stakeholders. You will jointly with a cross functional team set clear goals and KPIs to measure program success. You will define and provide customer target lists to outline potential growth areas to Sales and Marketing. You will coordinate post program customer voice surveys with customer experience and product management to garner insights that will drive a continuous improvement mindset in program development.

• Creating and managing reports/ KPIs to support portfolio steering and business decisions. Demonstrating your analytical skills and applications proficiency (including Excel, Power BI) you will disseminate information through data visualization.

• Providing marketing and business support to Leadership (on an as needed basis). You will create landscape to create more efficient collaboration and transparency across the business by leveraging MS Teams platform and PowerBI.

If you...

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or other related field with 8 years' experience.

• Have previous experience in marketing intelligence, financial or data analyst role.

• Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI and excel are essential

• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams
