Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled credit and contracts manager who can lead our representatives to better performance and improve service quality. The credit and contracts manager will assist in establishing service objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products, and troubleshooting techniques, analyse customer data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support customers. You should have exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of company policies and offerings. Experience in coaching multiple bands of employees (front line, analyst, team lead, etc.) would also be helpful as the role supports multiple scopes. To be successful, you should be observant, highly organized, and detail-oriented, as well as possess an understanding of the business, the products and services, and the issues representatives are facing on the floor. You will hire, train, prepare, and motivate staff members to provide excellent service to customers. Your will manage all control point tests for IBM and your customer. You will meet all service levels including reducing total balances, clearing deductions, invoicing and processing funding requests, and maintaining zero items in backlog. Your response times to contract updates and required funding/pricing must be within Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will set objectives, analyse metrics, ensure that the company and staff meet the goals, and provide reliable, efficient support for customers. A high degree of customer service is required to be successful as there are frequent interactions with both the client and their customers.

This position is based in Winston-Salem, NC.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 8 years in Order to Cash delivery

  • Minimum of 5 years leading a successful team in Order to Cash credits and contract management

  • SAP and reporting software experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Business Degree preferred

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
