Requisition Summary The Technology Solutions Sales Manager is responsible for selling industry leading systems such as PACCAR Parts eCommerce solution (Online Parts Counter) and the sales analytics tool (FOCUS). This includes presenting, quoting, demoing, negotiation and gaining commitment from the dealers or the customers. This role will also be responsible for increasing the number of National Fleets that are integrated with OPC, which will include traveling with the National Fleet Account Managers and presenting the capabilities and benefits of system integrations with fleets. Job Functions / Responsibilities Increase OPC Sales by improving dealer adoption, promoting enhancements, participating in OPC Blitz's and working directly with key dealer personnel to drive OPC Sales. In depth knowledge and understand of the PACCAR Parts technology solutions that we offer to allow for informative presentations that will be given to the dealers, PACCAR Parts sales teams and customers. Work with DPM's, all levels of Dealer Management to promote and sell technology-based programs such as Online Parts Counter, FOCUS, and any other future partners. Work closely with the National Fleet team to look for opportunities to integrate fleet business systems with OPC to provide enhanced ordering solutions. Conduct presentations at RPM Expo's, Sales and Marketing Kick off Meetings, Parts Essentials classes or any other demos or presentations as requested. Attend assigned industry trade shows such as Mid America Truck Show, Technology Maintenance Council, and others to promote Technology Solutions to all end users such as company owners, fleets, and owner operators, and drivers. Assist in providing updated reports to key dealers on OPC sales progress along with suggesting promotional ideas to engage the dealers and customers. 60% travel is required. Other projects as they are assigned Qualifications Four-year college degree in business or related field required. Master's degree desired. Minimum of five years of applicable professional job experience Previous sales experience preferably within the truck and/or eCommerce industries. Thorough knowledge and interest in web-based applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as ability to manage multiple programs/projects at one time. Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes to achieve results; proven results at exceeding sales targets and related goals. Salary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $136,290 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
