Job Title: Project Management Specialist 4 Duration: 12 Months Location: Onsite @ Renton, WA Start Time: 7:00 am flexible 6:30 to 7:30 am Regular and predictable attendance is required Work statement is a non-managerial role, non-leadership role. The company is currently seeking a Project Management Specialist (level 3) to join the 737 MAX Development Business Operations Integrated Planning and Scheduling team located in Renton, WA! We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong analytical skills. The Integrated Planning and Scheduling team requires the ability to build relationships, gain commitment from a variety of working groups, and analyze critical data. Current team statement of work includes planning for the certification of the 737 MAX - 7 and -10 program. Our program planners work with key functional stakeholders and managers to lead the integration of program gates, deliverables and key activities across all airplane product and production system value streams and scenario-plan to evaluate program risks and opportunities. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Identifies Program risk and opportunity potential, and work with technical SME to develop mitigation plans Facilitates and ensures integration of program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes and techniques considered to be best practice across the industry Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives Performs integration of highly complex program plans, horizontally and vertically, across engineering functions, suppliers and partners Identifies, analyzes and reports performance variances to leadership Collects and integrates statement of work from multi-functional value stream subject matter experts Manages MAX Development Tier 0 Program plans following the Enterprise Standard Gated Process Required Skills 5+ years of experience in managing project schedules and managing programs and projects 5+ years of experience performing in a scheduling, industrial engineering, change management, strategy, project management or business operations role 5+ years of experience working in a dynamic work environment, including managing multiple priorities simultaneously 5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, developing and presenting recommendations to the executive level and leading high-level projects for Executives or Sr Leadership 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions Preferred Skills Integrated Scheduling tool suite, including but not limited to: Open Plan Professional, Milestone Professional, JIRA, Microsoft project and Engineering Tracking and Control ( ETAC), SPECTRAFORCE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability or veteran status, or any other category protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.
