Providence St. Joseph Health Manager Nursing Excellence - Central Division - *REMOTE* in Renton, Washington

Description Providence welcomes 100% remote work for residents who reside in our Central Division states: Eastern Washington Oregon Montana Texas / New Mexico: Lubbock, Plainview, Levelland The Manager Nursing Excellence for the Central Division is responsible for working effectively at a divisional level that includes five states and three regions in a highly matrixed organization as a support to service area directors and managers, ministry level CNOs & clinical operations and system structures. Responsible for partnering with divisional nursing leadership to engage service area teams in achieving system and divisional education and training to meet system ministry goals and strategic initiatives. Master's Degree in Nursing or related field. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire, Or Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire, Or Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire, Or Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire, Or New Mexico Registered Nurse License upon hire. 7 years staff development or academic teaching. 5 years healthcare-related management and leadership.
