What You'll Do Contracting Dynamo : Lead the PSJH Contracting team in drafting, negotiating, and executing all provider employment and professional services agreements. Process Innovator : Develop and implement workflows and procedures for the entire provider contracting lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration with finance and operational teams. Change Champion : Manage and enhance processes to meet KPI and compliance objectives, fostering understanding and adherence to organizational requirements. Tech Trailblazer : Implement and manage our PSJH-wide contract management system (CMS) for optimal workflow management and data integrity. Policy Architect : Develop and sustain system policies that govern provider contract workflows and approval steps. Leadership Luminary : Inspire and lead provider contracting managers and specialists, assisting operational leaders in negotiating impactful contracts. What You'll Bring Strategic Insight : A Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Law, Finance, or Business Management, with a Master's Degree or Juris Doctorate preferred, or equivalent experience. Leadership Experience : 10+ years in contracts, regulations, finance, and/or risk management within a healthcare delivery setting or at a law or consulting firm, with 8 years leadership experience. Advanced Contracting Expertise : Mastery of contracting principles and the ability to manage multiple teams effectively. Collaborative Spirit : A talent for working harmoniously in team environments and building strategic relationships. Decisive Judgment : Skill in exercising independent judgment in challenging situations.
