As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Carpentry, Painting, and General Repairs: Perform a wide variety of tasks including carpentry, painting, and repairing damage to walls, doors, cabinets, and more. Plumbing and Electrical: Address plumbing issues such as repairing sinks, toilets, and showers. Electrical repairs and maintenance of common areas. Appliance and Fixture Repair: Troubleshoot and repair kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, and HVAC systems. HVAC Repairs: Knowledge of HVAC systems is essential to maintain and repair heating and cooling systems. Landscaping and Groundskeeping: Assist with lawn care, snow removal, and other groundskeeping tasks. Vendor Coordination: Interact with vendors and obtain bids as requested by the property manager for specific maintenance projects. Emergency On-Call Duties: Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance support.
