Exciting news! Alaant is hiring Laboratory Document Associates for 1 st and 2 nd shifts in Rensselaer, NY. Ideal for life science graduates ready to start their pharmaceutical careers!

Hours and Benefits for the Laboratory Document Associate:

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00am-4:30pm

• 2:00pm-10:30pm

• $24.00

• Benefits Package:

• Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K offered after 60 days of employment

• Accrued PTO

Responsibilities for the Laboratory Document Associate:

• Review manufacturing forms, status cards and logbooks

• Organize and archive batch records and protocols

• Use internal tracking systems for document corrections and monitor their status

• Prepare routine metrics on documentation

• Transport documents between buildings

Requirements for the Laboratory Document Associate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science

• Proficiency in MS Office
