Hours and Benefits for the Corporate Benefits Manager:

• Work Environment

• Hybrid (2-3 Days Remote considered)

• Salary Range

• $65,000–$73,500 annually, plus up to 10% performance incentive

Responsibilities for the Corporate Benefits Manager:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Collaborate with clients to renew contracts, negotiate terms, and identify growth opportunities

• Monitor and respond to market trends, legislative updates, and compliance standards

• Develop and deliver annual client business plans to achieve key objectives

• Facilitate smooth onboarding for new accounts, ensuring effective implementation

• Advocate for clients with vendors to secure competitive pricing and comprehensive solutions

Requirements for the Corporate Benefits Manager:

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred, with a minimum of 5 years in employee benefits or 7 years in a related field

• Deep knowledge of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans

• Experience managing benefits platforms like Ease/Navigator is a plus

• Must hold or obtain a NY State Life and Health License within 3 months of hire

• Must secure Group Medicare certification within 3 months of hire

• Excellent skills in communication, analysis, and client engagement

Ability to travel occasionally and stay overnight as needed
