MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Military maintenance experience, serving as enlisted or commissioned.
- Proven experience of effectively managing groups of 10 or more team members.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills at the tactical level.
- Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong maintenance skills, specifically in conveyor and electrical.
- Successful candidates must have the flexibility to work NIGHTS and/or WEEKENDS.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to stand and /or walk for up to 10 hours daily.
Qualifications:
PC competency and ability to use handheld devices
Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols, and electrical measuring

Work order management
Preventive/predictive maintenance procedures
Basic blueprint and schematic reading
