As a Product Tester IV at IGT, you will be responsible for ensuring our electronic gaming machines meet the highest standards of functionality, quality, and regulatory compliance. This position encompasses comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production efficiency across various product lines. Additionally, you will play a key role in training and supporting the development of manufacturing team members.

  • Perform functional testing of all machines on the line to ensure compliance, compatibility, and accurate operation.

  • Test sub assembly and machine functions on multiple products, verifying product functionality, quality, and compliance with gaming regulations.

  • Utilize and maintain tools and equipment including coins, tokens, currency, and player tracking cards and verify information and document discrepancies.

  • Troubleshoot problems by identify defects and execute appropriate fixes and maintain expected rate of output.

  • Train and follow up on new and existing employees.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembly processes.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Basic knowledge of gaming industry regulations and familiarity with regulatory requirements, materials management, and production processes.

  • Basic proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

  • Competence in basic math functions, such as addition, subtraction, counting, and measuring.

  • Proficiency in using small hand tools.

  • Ability to remain physically active throughout the shift and safely lift at least 50 pounds.

  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.

  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Card.

  • Ability to pass a background security check.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation for this position is $22/hr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
