MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

:

Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and two years of related professional experience in setting up and managing computing systems for research purposes, high-performance computing solutions, in particular; managing software applications, including Linux-based packages; and identifying academic IT needs and coordinating resources to resolve them.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

:

Provide IT administration and advanced end-user support for the College of Engineering. Organize IT resources for faculty research, student learning, and administrative functions. Facilitate the design/deployment of systems and configurations to support high-performance computing.
