SUMMARY:

TheFront Desk Agentis responsible to check in and out all hotel guests while maintaining outstanding guest service and maximizing hotel revenue.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Customer service experience preferred.

Must have previous cashiering experience.

Must have 10 key and typing experience (30 WPM).

LMS and micros experience preferred.
