What Will You Do?

  • Assist engineers as they create, modify, and test electrical circuits, and power distribution products.

  • Perform research and development during the creation phase of a product.

  • Inspect products for flaws and identify areas of improvement.

  • Conduct tests and collect data using electronic test equipment.

  • Assist in product design, development, and production.

  • Build and test prototype circuits.

  • Prepare and conduct experiments.

  • Calculate or record results during experiments.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills

Education:

  • Associate of Science Degree with minimum 2 years of engineering experience (or equivalent experience). Current junior status working toward a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.

    Experience:

  • Engineering Technician experience in a large volume production environment, preferred.

    Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Ability to use electronic test equipment, such as, Oscilloscopes, Electronic Loads, Meters, Function Generators, etc.

  • Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Outlook.

  • Ability to work on live high-voltage circuits.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills and the ability to work independently.
