Job Requirements:

· The Citrix Administrator will be a member of our federal client's Citrix environment, responsible the effective implementation and operation across the numerous remote locations.

· Position incudes installation, integration, troubleshooting, performance and problem management.

· Escalation support for the Citrix architecture and infrastructure.

· Intermediate knowledge of networking, including TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers and switches.

· Interface with the Citrix end-user community to ensure a positive customer experience.

· Required to follow the organizations existing procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelors of Science degree with a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience Certification in Citrix a plus.

· Demonstrated experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop administration.

· Professional oral and written communication skills.

· Positive customer-experience mindset when interacting with Citrix user community.

· Self-start attitude and dependable with strong attention to detail.

· Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust.

Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
