Fortive Corporation Senior Leadership Development & Learning Program Manager (Executive & Sr. Leaders) in Remote, United States

Fortive is seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Global Leadership Development and Learning professional to support our commitment to cultivating leadership excellence and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This influential role will analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate executive and senior leader development at Fortive. This work will be part of a unified talent strategy that propels our leaders and workforce towards innovation, inclusivity, and performance.

  • Apply and execute Fortive’s executive development strategy that accelerates leader readiness and advancement.

  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate leadership experiential solutions including instructor-led, and supported by digital-based learning, performance coaching, and blended instruction for specific content areas.

  • Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of our executive learning programs, utilizing data driven insights for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Design, develop, and facilitate executive workshops, assessments, coaching sessions, and learning experiences, while catering to diverse styles and needs.

  • Ensure high-impact delivery of executive learning, developmental experiences, programs, and initiatives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to sr. leaders, high potential talent and all program participants fostering a pipeline of future leaders.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s), and the Fortive Business System Office to identify and address current and future learning needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and a unified learning delivery experience.

  • Leverage the latest technologies, including AI to enhance learning experiences.

  • Consult with leadership and outside experts to formulate program scope and technical support necessary to support leader learning.

  • Establish operational policies/procedures and standard work for leadership programs and initiatives.

  • Review program progress to ensure that objectives are met; share analytic reports for comprehensive evaluation.

  • Administer, forecast, manage, the annual budget for leadership initiatives.

  • Remain current with developments in leadership and learning advancements to share with colleagues and continuously improve.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in Leadership Development practice and learning theory related to adult learning and development that have been established and tested by industry research.

  • Metrics focused; understands the objective, quantitative and qualitative processes commonly used in the industry to evaluate learning objectives.

  • Needs to be a thought leader, a strategic thinker, and a subject matter expert in executive education.

  • Substantial background in learning and development, human resources, organizational development, industrial psychology, or related field required.

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, focusing on L&D enabling functions

  • 7+ years of experience in executive development and or organizational development.

  • Proven track record of leading people and engaging teams and organizations, driving performance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Proven track record in designing and delivering innovative and impactful learning experiences and solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and evaluation techniques.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire across diverse stakeholder groups and learning styles.

  • Bias for integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into all learning moments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accredited certifications (ICF) and demonstrated achievements in coaching.

  • Accredited certifications in personality, motivation and/or leadership style assessments.

  • Experience in facilitating and evaluating 360 assessments.

  • Demonstrated influence and problem-solving skills with high levels of leadership.

  • Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, learning and performance management.

  • Proven project management and execution skills, with a track record of influencing through data-driven recommendations.

  • Proven ability to operate with autonomy, discretion, and use of sound judgment in all situations.

  • Exceptional ability to influence and partner with leaders across different functions and locations.

  • Experience working in global team environment with multiple time zones.

  • Willingness to travel 25%

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 109,500.00 - 203,500.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
