CTG Customer Service Representative 1 in Remote, United States

CTG is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative 1 opening for our client.

Location: Remote, must work CST hours

Duration: 6 months

Duties:

  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

  • Process orders, provide quotes, and assist team members with overflow work.

  • Run reports in SAP and track shipments, including handling debits and credits.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

  • Proficient in SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365 (minimum 1 year of experience required).

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus.

  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience required.

  • SAP experience (data entry and quoting) is a must.

  • Experience with S/4 Hana is a plus.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $15.00/hour to $17.25/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
