CTG Complex Project Manager - Hybrid Multicloud Platforms in Remote, United States

CTG is seeking to fill a Complex Project Manager Hybrid Multicloud Platforms opening.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an experienced Complex Project Manager – Hybrid Multicloud Platforms to oversee and manage key digital and customization initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as an on-site Scrum Master , driving collaboration, integration, and execution across multiple digital and cloud-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Scrum Master , facilitating Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.

  • Lead Digital Cooler Print Integration efforts, ensuring seamless execution and technical alignment.

  • Manage projects related to Lasers & Custom Enhancements , overseeing customization workflows and implementation strategies.

  • Coordinate with Fanatics and other stakeholders to streamline processes and drive successful project outcomes.

  • Oversee Custom Single Plant initiatives, ensuring project goals align with business objectives.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalations, providing proactive solutions and mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure alignment with Hybrid Multicloud strategies, optimizing cloud-based solutions for business efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and reports for leadership visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in complex, multi-cloud environments.

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a fast-paced, technical environment.

  • Strong background in digital integration, cloud platforms, and customization technologies .

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interface with both technical and business teams.

  • Experience working with Agile frameworks, DevOps methodologies, and hybrid cloud infrastructures .

  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $114,000 to $120,000 annually. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
