About the Product Manager position

The Product Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation and measurement of digital products and features that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency on the company's e-commerce platform. This includes overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and prioritization to launch and optimization. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics, to ensure product success.

What You'll Do

  • Vision, prioritization, and roadmap – create a compelling and differentiated vision for the customer, prioritizing and making trade-offs to turn into a product roadmap. Lead the product discovery process, including market research, user testing, and data analysis, to identify and prioritize new product opportunities and features.

  • Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, in collaboration with the development team.

  • Work closely with designers and engineers to create product prototypes, wireframes, and specifications that meet customer needs and technical constraints.

  • Conduct regular A/B testing, user feedback sessions, and data analysis to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to develop and execute product launch and promotion plans, and to track and report on key product metrics.

  • Manage the product pipeline, including resource allocation and cross functional collaboration, to ensure on-time delivery of product releases. Keep up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the broader team.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce platforms and digital products.

  • Strong knowledge of agile product development methodologies, including product discovery, user story mapping, and backlog management.

  • Experience with A/B testing, user research, and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, or Amplitude Analytics and SQL.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
