Mindoula Health Care Manager, Suicide Prevention Program in Remote, Tennessee
Join Our Team as a Care Manager!
Are you passionate about making a real impact in the lives of young people and their families? Do you want to be part of a team dedicated to preventing teen suicide and improving mental health? Mindoula is looking for a 100% remote Care Manager to join our Teen Suicide Prevention Program.
About the Role: This full-time, 100% remote position requires you to work Central Standard Hours (11:00 am – 7:30 pm CST). As a key member of the team, you will help change lives by providing virtual and in-person support to teens and their families who have experienced suicide ideation or attempts. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that leverages cutting-edge technology, including our mobile engagement app, proprietary psychometrics, and predictive analytics, to enhance the effectiveness of our care.

Your Impact:
Conduct outreach and engagement with individuals struggling with suicide ideation and guide them on their path to safety and recovery.
Work closely with families, medical providers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.
Assess and create tailored safety and care plans, providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Educate members and families about mental and physical health, violence prevention, and community resources.
Provide valuable emotional support, helping members develop strategies to prevent relapse and navigate challenges.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required (Master's degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in care management or working with at-risk adolescents and young adults.
Crisis Intervention Training and knowledge of mental health, substance abuse disorders, and community resources.
A passion for working with young people and their families during critical times in their lives.
Compensation:
- $20.67 – $23.08 per hour, based on your education and experience.
