Bentley Systems Paid Media Manager in Remote, Pennsylvania

Bentley Systems is looking for an experience Paid Media Manager is responsible for strategizing, executing and managing B2B advertising campaigns on various paid media channels like LinkedIn Ads, Demand Base (or similar ABM tools), Google Search and Display Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and other online platforms, aiming to maximize reach and impact for Bentley's target audience within a designated budget, by carefully selecting the right channels and optimizing ad placements to achieve campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities of a paid media planner:

  • Campaign planning and strategy development: Analyze target audience data to develop comprehensive paid media go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with client goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, or sales conversion. Experience planning for B2B marketing and / or software businesses is a plus.

  • Media channel selection: Research and choose the most effective paid media channels (e.g., social media ads, search engine marketing, display advertising, video ads) based on target audience behavior and campaign objectives.

  • Budget allocation: Allocate budget effectively across different media channels to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.

  • Performance ad creative development: Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the target audience. Experience with A/B Testing in ads and landing pages desired.

  • Campaign execution and management: Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns on various platforms, monitor performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions), and make necessary adjustments in real-time to optimize results.

  • Performance reporting and analysis: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, generate detailed reports to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.

  • Internal and agency communication: Maintain regular communication with agencies as well as internal team members, presenting campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to ensure alignment with their marketing goals.

Skills required for a paid media manager:

  • 5+ Years of Paid Media management expertise: Must have in-depth knowledge of paid advertising platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Demand Base (or similar). Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or other DSP experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions. Experience using GA4, UA, or Looker is a must. Experience using PowerBI and/or Marketo is a plus

  • Marketing strategy understanding: Awareness of marketing principles, target audience segmentation, and campaign objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ad serving platforms, UTMS and tracking tools, and reporting dashboards are necessary.
