Your responsibilities in this role

  • Directing interviews

  • Creating internal recommendations

  • Sustaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  • Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

  • Making use of digital recruiting resources

  • Formulating and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Implementing various administrative duties

    Requirements - 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms is required

    • This position will be best given to someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

  • Full Cycle Recruiting experience desired

  • Conduct Interviews experience preferred

  • Deep understanding of HealthCare Industry

  • Applicant Track System experience
