Job Description
Synthesize go-to-market strategy and apply client-specific lens, advising sales teams on relevant trends, research, and product readiness. Provides recommendations to clients utilizing available metrics, client feedback, and knowledge of best practices. Recommend strategy-supporting products, programs and services. Create lasting client value by owning and executing key delivery activities, ensuring client-specific sold offerings operate in frictionless fashion. Support key sales activities through tailoring of messaging, content, and offering configuration. Collaborate with the sales team to provide a high level of value and customer satisfactions.
As Sr. Client Service Advisor in Commercial Markets, you’ll be responsible for supporting some of our largest Group Clients, ensuring that they have an understanding of all Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina healthcare programs available to them and their employees. Using reporting and data, you will work to determine their needs and match them to the programs that best service those needs. You’ll work primarily with Decision Makers at the companies that you support, as well as their Agents. Your assigned customers will regularly contact you with requests such as reports, data extracts, and questions pertaining to upcoming renewals, to name a few. Your organizational skills and attention to details will play a pivotal role in your success.
What You’ll do
Assist with sales/renewal strategy and compiling relevant product/offer information
Execute activities remotely as well as face to face with the client to ensure seamless post-sale delivery of sold products and offerings, including ad hoc communication, product issue/capability research and resolution, ad hoc client reporting, collateral production, etc. Partners with clients to execute products and programs that support the goals of the client, add value to Blue Cross NC and generate high customer satisfactions.
Perform proactive client outreach and support to identify product and offering issues/opportunities,maintain client satisfaction, and set communication channel expectations.
Must have a strong understanding of strategy of offering as well as ability to work proactively to facilitate product and program implementations both internally with the organization and externally with clients, and producers/consultants by establishing and communicating business appropriate operational expectations.
Maintain strong product and offering knowledge, including product roadmap and testing timeline
Using research and client feedback, provide prospect or client specific offering feedback to sales team.
Support tailoring of sales content (i.e. presentations) to client-specific needs
As required, deliver on Wellness offering obligations, including on-site activities
Attend client meetings and events and leverage knowledge of products, programs, services and value story of the enterprise in support of segment specific business goals and objectives.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in related field
In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field
Must be able to obtain a North Carolina Health and Life Insurance license within the 60 days of employment in this position.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Salary Range
$62,100.00 - $111,800.00
