Note:

The Manager has confirmed that the hours are 4 weeknights from 7-10pm EST and Saturday/Sundays, 9-11a EST and 7-9p EST. Keeping in mind that flexibility will be needed as the resource could also experience some extended hours on the weekend that involve campaign work.

Description:

The Social Media Community Management Specialist will help manage and maintain our financial client's social media channels, reporting to the Social Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for the night and weekend community management of our financial client's social media properties including social care, brand engagement, campaign support and risk mitigation. Candidate must be able to work well with a variety of business partners, be detail and risk oriented, communicate efficiently, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to manage tactical projects independently and demonstrate self-initiative.
• In-depth experience in social media, with social media listening skills highly preferred
• Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in trendspotting and identifying key themes driving social conversation.
• Understanding social media issues and risks, with strong judgment to escalate concerns to management

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of financial services business and/or automotive industry a plus
• Experience in Sprinklr preferred but not required
