Work to ensure the relevance, credibility and financial viability of the operating division.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Manage operating division associates to ensure the goals and success of the division are accomplished.

2. Implement operating division strategic goals and objectives.

3. Exercise appropriate financial and budgetary control.

4. Develop new operating division initiatives.

5. Represent the operating division as needed at Client and Carrier visits while developing and managing those relationships.

6. Represent the operating division as needed at industry functions.

7. Support firm wide strategic and quality initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training or work-related experience

2. Strong management skills

3. Ability to think strategically and creatively
