MotiveMetrics Paid Search (SEM) Analyst in Remote, Massachusetts

This position requires 2-3 days per week in person at our Boston, MA office.
Responsible for analyzing large sets of data from our clients' Paid Search accounts, developing an expert knowledge of Google, Bing and MotiveMetrics marketing platforms, and executing plans for maximizing Customer outcomes in Paid Search advertising. The Product Analyst leverages proprietary technology to identify insights, themes, and trends, generate internal and customer reporting, and deliver quantifiable ROI to every client.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include:
Building, launching and continuously optimizing Paid Search ad campaigns leveraging MotiveMetrics' proprietary AI software platform to achieve maximum ROI for each customers.
Learning, documenting and implementing data-driven best practices for paid search to keep ahead of the competition.
Conducting and implementing experiments to identify opportunities to improve customers' account performance.
Testing new software features and providing structured feedback and data for feature enhancement.
Creating reports and online dashboards for both internal uses and for customers in the MotiveMetrics AppX Marketing Platform.
Execute roadmap tasks including researching, identifying and deploying new keywords, creative assets and ads as well as performing entire account/campaign restructures using MM technology.
Performing analysis on every deployment to gather actionable learnings, product insights, and impact assessment toward client goals and key objectives.
Working with Strategy and Sales to manage the client relationship, communicate campaign results, and develop short- and long-term strategies towards meeting our client's business objectives.
Gather data and help create client presentations including Weekly/Bi-Weekly Meetings, Monthly Reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
Innovating new methodologies for Paid Search Advertising and new features for MotiveMetrics software systems.
Requirements
This position requires a Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) with specialization in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science or a closely-related quantitative field and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an analyst or similar position in finance, economics and/or marketing.
Fundamental research, specifically quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to facilitate objective measurement of collected data and mathematical models for data analysis, as well as the purposeful use for description, explaining and interpreting collected data.
Web analytics which include collection of data, processing of the data, developing of the key performance indicators, and formulating online strategies.
Knowledge of Paid Search Advertising/Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is preferred. Google Ads Search Certification is ideal.
