Mindoula Health Care Manager, Suicide Prevention Program in Remote, Indiana

Join Our Team as a Care Manager!

Are you passionate about making a real impact in the lives of young people and their families? Do you want to be part of a team dedicated to preventing teen suicide and improving mental health? Mindoula is looking for a 100% remote Care Manager to join our Teen Suicide Prevention Program.

About the Role: This full-time, 100% remote position requires you to work Central Standard Hours (11:00 am – 7:30 pm CST). As a key member of the team, you will help change lives by providing virtual and in-person support to teens and their families who have experienced suicide ideation or attempts. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that leverages cutting-edge technology, including our mobile engagement app, proprietary psychometrics, and predictive analytics, to enhance the effectiveness of our care.

Your Impact:

  • Conduct outreach and engagement with individuals struggling with suicide ideation and guide them on their path to safety and recovery.

  • Work closely with families, medical providers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Assess and create tailored safety and care plans, providing crisis intervention when necessary.

  • Educate members and families about mental and physical health, violence prevention, and community resources.

  • Provide valuable emotional support, helping members develop strategies to prevent relapse and navigate challenges.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required (Master's degree preferred).

  • 2+ years of experience in care management or working with at-risk adolescents and young adults.

  • Crisis Intervention Training and knowledge of mental health, substance abuse disorders, and community resources.

  • A passion for working with young people and their families during critical times in their lives.

Compensation:

  • $20.67 – $23.08 per hour, based on your education and experience.
