PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $178,900.00-$218,400.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $138,800.00 - $258,500.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. As the Product Management Director for Business Credit Card, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business credit card product offerings. By defining the vision and strategy, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance member engagement and improve their overall experience. Your leadership will help BECU grow and innovate, making a lasting impact on our members and the community we serve.
WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Craft the Vision: You’ll develop and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Business Credit Card products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
Lead with Insight: By providing thought leadership on competitive trends, you’ll guide decision-making and strategies that engage and delight our members.
Gather and Integrate Feedback: You’ll evaluate feedback on new and existing products, identifying opportunities to enhance member satisfaction and integrating insights into long-term strategies.
Collaborate on Marketing Initiatives: Partnering with the Marketing team, you’ll identify market opportunities and develop strategies to effectively address penetration gaps across member segments.
Develop Product Recommendations: You’ll lead the creation of product and pricing strategies that align with BECU’s goals, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Streamline Product Delivery: You’ll ensure a seamless flow of research and concept development, improving BECU’s capabilities in delivering exceptional products and services.
Track Success Metrics: By defining and monitoring success metrics, you’ll capture insights that inform product evolution and roadmap adjustments over time.
Build Industry Partnerships: You’ll identify and engage with necessary industry partners, collaborating with User Experience and Design teams to create impactful member journeys.
Manage Financial Oversight: You’ll oversee product financials, including P&L and budget management, ensuring financial goals are met and expenses are approved.
Mentor and Guide Teams: You’ll provide mentorship across the organization, facilitating information sharing and fostering a collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline.
Typically requires 10 years of relevant Product experience, including Business Credit Card experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
Ability to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.
Experience leading cross functional teams.
Experience understanding and determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer.
Knowledge of federal laws, rules, regulations that impact financial institutions industry.
Understanding of Product P&L, member value, and return on investment/return on assets drivers.
Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
