US Tech Solutions Marketing Sr Mgr in Remote, Florida

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute strategic user-led CRM programs.

  • Develop engagement and customer communication strategies that continuously articulate and reinforce the product’s value and purpose to foster retention and increase customer lifetime value.

  • Leverage research, insights, and campaign results to make data-driven decisions.

  • Prepare and deliver quarterly business reviews to cross functional teams.

  • Develop and execute multivariate email testing plans.

  • Manage the operationalization of new features such as personalization, dynamic content, targeting, and triggers.

  • Define objectives and success criteria for assigned CRM programs and measure results to assess effectiveness of driving search queries.

  • Partner with the marketing operations and marketing technology teams for execution of programs.

  • Keep track of and share industry insights on the CRM landscape to help drive more informed decisions and ignite new strategies and ideas.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and others to align CRM initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA) and email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM Act) in all CRM campaigns.

  • Create and maintain customer journey maps to ensure a holistic understanding of the customer experience and effective targeting throughout the lifecycle.

  • Demonstrate strong project management skills, including setting timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely execution of CRM initiatives.

  • Generate regular reports and insights from CRM campaigns, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable recommendations for optimization.

  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing and optimization of CRM strategies, including subject lines, content, timing, and segmentation.

  • Past experience in email marketing platforms (e.g., Epsilon, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zeta Global), marketing automation tools, and analytics tools.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in the email/CRM/Marketing Automation industry.

  • Experience with consumer/audience-based email and development of Lifecycle Marketing programs.

  • Working knowledge of and experience with third-party email service providers and marketing automation platforms.

  • Analytical expertise for data-driven decision-making.

  • Comfortable developing and executing against a strategic agenda, and measuring success against clearly defined outcomes.

  • Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

  • Understand user-research and testing methodologies, and web analytics tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work collaboratively with other disciplines including Product Marketing, Analytics, Technology Teams, Sales, Customer Support, and Finance.

  • Must possess exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills.

  • Creative, positive energy, self-directed, and composed under pressure.

  • Ability to drive projects through to completion and get things done.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, management information systems, communications, business, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
