As the US Federal Government takes on the largest technology transformation in history, inspired by artificial intelligence, NVIDIA is looking for a self-motivated sales and business development professional to support one of the largest defense contractors in the world. We’re seeking a subject matter expert with a strong understanding of the defense industry ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience selling to and collaborating with major defense contractors, along with a proven track record in identifying, pursuing, and supporting primes in the capture of large programs of record. Growth through our partner ecosystem is critical to our success, making it essential for the candidate to have exceptional skills in working across diverse channels, including CSPs, OEMs, ISVs and VARs.

What you'll be doing:

  • The primary point of contact responsible for accelerating revenue growth to and through Lockheed Martin.

  • Selling across Lockheed Martin, from senior leadership to programs to developers.

  • Responsible for all aspects of demand creation, co-selling, forecasting, sales leadership, training, and education of relevant end user customers, OEMs, and partners.

  • Grow account revenue through generation of new business and strategic opportunities for NVIDIA Data Center, Edge, and Cloud products.

  • Collaborating closely with DOD counterparts as one team to shape requirements and pursue RFIs and RFPs associated with top use cases.

  • Build customers into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue.

  • Work closely with OEMs, ISVs, and CSPs to craft and implement go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and adoption of the NVIDIA product family.

  • Ability to travel as business requirements require.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

  • A minimum of ten years of experience in association with the DOD or FSIs, focused or in a role dedicated to business development/sales of systems, software, or related IT infrastructure to the DoD.

  • Strong executive presence.

  • Ability to work at the speed of light and with a sense of urgency while managing evolving priorities.

  • Candidates should possess a deep understanding of the unique requirements and regulations associated with DoD applications of AI.

  • An extensive network of customer/partner contacts across the DoD and FSIs.

  • Strong listening and analytical abilities, a consultative selling approach, and a strategic problem solver.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Previous experience working with Lockheed Martin, or other major prime contractors.

  • Experience selling to c-suite and business unit executives at large FSIs.

  • Extensive knowledge of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platforms.

  • Extensive experience in AI, sensor processing, and simulation focused on DOD applications.

  • MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

The cash compensation range is 196,000 USD - 345,000 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
