McAfee, Inc. Manager, Channel Marketing (Mobile/ISP) in Remote City, Texas

Role Overview:

Are you an accomplished Channel Marketing Manager interested in helping to build and drive the continued success of McAfee Mobile/Internet Service Provider and New Business channels? As a critical member of the North America Channel Marketing & Success team, you’ll work alongside cross-functional team members and key partner contacts to ensure success along all stages of the end-customer’s journey – from the first moments of awareness, though the purchase and onboarding of all services and apps, to the usage, enjoyment, and retention of the entire suite of protection we provide on the partner’s behalf. This is a remote role but may have the opportunity for in-person meetings and on-location events.

You’ll work closely with the head of North America Channel Marketing to create and execute strategic business decisions, go-to-market plans and marketing programs – based on data and insights, to increase awareness/sales/activation of McAfee’s products and solutions. In addition, you will be conceiving, proposing, and implementing marketing communications and partner onboarding plans.

This is a remote position; however you may be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office on as-needed basis. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to Frisco or Dallas and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role :

• Understand industry trends as well as needs of Mobile/Internet Providers and Consumers to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product positioning, launch strategies, and sales enablement materials aligned to partner and McAfee brand guidelines

• Build strong relationships and collaborate with external partners and cross-functional internal teams to establish best practices for the products as well as marketing communications and execution

• Advocate for the consumer and partners, ensuring consistency in visuals and messaging across customer experiences and communications

• Using data insights, create and execute marketing campaigns through our app messaging system and initiatives to drive awareness, acquisition, and usage of the products, creating compelling messaging that effectively communicates the value of our solutions to the end-consumer

• Craft campaign toolkits and communications in support of company news, seasonal campaigns, major cybersecurity incidents, new research, and industry trends to arm partners with response materials and highlight McAfee’s thought leadership

• Support a variety of sales channels with content, sales materials, strategy, programs, training, and sales tools to drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and growth

• Identify project milestones and goals, and manage assigned project deliverables to ensure timely delivery

• Forecast, monitor, evaluate, and report on key metrics relating to campaign performance, revenue impact, product engagement, and impacts of the partners’ business

• Stay up to date on app marketing trends and engagement benchmarks to develop playbooks for partner recommendation

About You:

• At least 7+ years (we’d love more!) of experience in a consumer marketing role

• Experience working in or with top-tier service providers in the mobile app space, cybersecurity, or a similar technical field

• Experience developing and executing end-to-end GTM strategies for existing and new product launches to achieve sales and marketing objectives

• Experience driving product monetization, upsell and revenue growth via all consumer channels (mobile, marketing, events, etc.)

• Excellent communication skills and expertise in creating and delivering presentations

• Proven success building strong rapport and relationships as well as working collaboratively and cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product and Engineering teams

• Experience analyzing metrics and developing plans to optimize, drive growth and solve for any gaps

• Exceptional project and time management skills, willingness to take initiative, try new things, and work as a team

• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal direct supervision

• Ability to travel up to 20%

• Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to be able to enter, calculate and summarize data for reporting and presentations

• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills and solid attention to detail

• Quick learner who proactively owns the role

• Creative thinker who likes bringing new ideas to existing projects

• Ability to think innovatively and act independently using sound judgment in an ever-evolving environment; the ability to pivot quickly is critical for this role
