CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Group is seeking a Software Developer interested in growing their career with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) Consolidated Applications and Platform Services (NCAPS) team!  NCAPS is an effort to consolidate current application support and transform IT capability delivery across the NASA enterprise, including general IT, customer support, information management, and mission support systems. 

The Opportunity:

Support NASA’s efforts in consolidating and transforming IT capability delivery.

Work on mission-critical enterprise applications used across NASA.

Contribute to digital modernization initiatives to enhance system efficiency and integration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application and platform services.

Apply Agile methodologies to improve software development processes and responsiveness.

Enhance form development and management systems to support NASA operations.

Utilize cutting-edge technologies to develop and maintain enterprise forms solutions.

Responsibilities:

Convert existing PDF forms into AEM Adaptive Forms or the designated NASA solution.

Design, develop, and enhance forms per customer specifications, including revisions and reinstatements.

Develop custom code, elements, fragments, and templates for reuse by other developers.

Provide SQL database administration in support of complex forms.

Integrate the Agency Forms system (AEM or equivalent) with other NASA systems as required.

Submit and track server tickets/incidents related to issues and enhancements.

Utilize GitLab to document work and track progress.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree and X+ years relevant experience (Align with NCAPS LCAT requirements in ATT_U).

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms and Adobe LiveCycle workflows (XDP).

Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL, and xPath.

Experience with Windows Operating Systems.

Familiarity with NASA Electronic Forms System.

Experience with GitLab for version control and documentation.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Proven experience of leading and mentoring strategic support and design teams with a strong skillset in facilitating/conducting user interviews, usability testing, and other research activities.

Desired:

Prior experience working with NASA systems or government agencies.

Experience integrating enterprise forms with large-scale data systems.

Knowledge of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500-$117,900
