CACI is seeking a motivated and creative Senior-level Instructional System Designer (ISD).

You’ll work and collaborate with a team of ISDs, Subject Matt er Experts (SME), and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis (FCA) courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program.

You’ll create Lesson Design Strategies (LDS), support Live Government Reviews, and design performance-based content for On-Screen Lessons (OSL).

Responsibilities:

• Review Government Furnished Information.

• Lead meetings with SMEs and ISDs.

• Research and gather missing content.

• Create, edit, and review lesson design documents and ensure they are meeting design standards.

• Design and review performance-based Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT)content.

• Create and review Lesson Plans and Training Guides.

• Develop and review performance assessments and scenarios.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience in AIM CPM/LOM.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.

Desired:

• Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.

• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of NAVEDTRA 130 series, NAVEDTRA 132 series, and NAVEDTRA 136

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
