The Opportunity:
You will provide general business support to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Kennedy Space Center (KSC). Kennedy is NASA’s main launch site and is also home to facilities that research and develop innovative solutions that government and commercial space ventures need for working and living on the surfaces of the Moon and other bodies in our solar system.
This position currently allows for the flexibility to work-from-home.
Responsibilities:
As a Contract Administrator you will:
Apply advanced-level knowledge and experience with FAR, NFS, and related regulatory procurement policies and procedures to support the Office of Procurement in the award and administration of contractual instruments.
Provide support for the preparation of contractual provisions and the administration of contract proposals, awards, and modifications.
Assist with a variety of administrative matters including maintenance of financial and a wide variety of other records; accuracy and completeness verification of statistical reports; and management and adjustment of complaints.
Provide advisory support for key issues, problems, opportunities, and challenges facing the acquisition process. This effort requires performance in a manner that is fully consistent with applicable statutes and regulations, consistent with national policies as they relate to acquisition.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma, and at least eleven (11) years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and five (5) years of equivalent professional experience will suffice
Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools
Desired:
Experience supporting NASA
Experience with SAP Procurement for Public Sector (PPS), SAP Finance (FI) Modul, and other reporting tools available to NASA

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
