Shift, Schedule, Starting Pay
Will work on 2nd Shift
Will work 4 ten hour days and have 3 days off.
Occasional overtime may be required (Depending on workload)
Position is Full Time
Starting Pay is $23.50 /hr with a pay increase to $25.00 /hr after a 90 Day Probation Period.
Individuals that work between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am receive an extra $1 /hr
(Known as Night Differential Pay)

Job Summary:
The individual must be able to work as the Supervisor / Leader of a seasoned group of Rotomolding Machine Operators. Ensuring that all personnel are taken care of, are gainfully employed, are adhering to all established Safety Standards, placing quality above quantity, and is able to lead, motivate and inspire those under their care with dignity and respect. Individual needs to be a "Set the Example" type of Supervisor / Leader.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the production and quality of products, completing
daily reports for production.
- Responsible for maintaining and enforcing safe working conditions,
ensuring that all Environmental Health and Safety and OSHA
standards are met.
- Supervises and conducts mold changes at direction of the
Production or Plant Manager.
- Monitors production, inventory, and minimizes scrap in the
department.
- Works with the Production Manager to continually improve the
molding process.
Trains all personnel that are under his or her direct supervision.
Ensures that all personnel are trained in accordance with established
Company policies and standards.
- Reports all departmental and personnel issues to the Production
Manager immediately.
- Resolves personnel issues that he or she is able to, at their level, in
accordance with Company Policy Guidelines.
- Troubleshoots and resolves molding processing issues, and informs
the Production Manager of said issues.
Inspects and updates all setup and tracking paperwork.
Keeps the department running with minimum down time.
Continuously looks for ways to reduce costs in the Rotomolding
Department.
- Maintains department in accordance with the Company's Standard
Operating Procedures.
- Works with the Production Manager to maintain the Preventative
Maintenance (PM) Program.
Keeps the Rotomolding Department neat and orderly at all times.
Keeps manufacturing equipment operating by enforcing proper
operating instructions.
- Produces quality parts as outlined by the guidance of the Production
Manager.
- Works with all shifts to ensure smooth transitions and proper
communication happens without fail.
Informs the Production Manager of any mold or molding issues.
Works with the Maintenance Manager on any pressing issues with any
molds to ensure minimum downtime.
- Ensures that required production forms are completed correctly and
delivered to the Production Manager.
- Must be involved, and must assist workers in their performance of
everyday functions related to rotomolding. (Be on the job and working)
- Performs other duties as required at the discretion of the Production or
Plant Manager.
