Technical Specialist - Java Spring Boot SME

6+ month contract

Remote – USA

  • Expert-level proficiency in Java, including advanced knowledge of Java SE and Java EE

  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Spring Boot, including building microservices, RESTful APIs, and Spring Boot features like Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, etc.

  • Proficiency with cloud services and platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), including deploying, scaling, and managing applications in a cloud environment.

  • Understanding of application security principles and practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.

  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks for Java and Spring Boot applications, such as JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test.

  • Ability to evaluate end-user business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and then develop and implement the appropriate technical solutions

  • Fluent English oral and written communication
