Insight Global Technical Project Specialist in Redmond, Washington

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate software releases, new homeworks and other planned activities to dogfooding vendor

Maintain and share electronic assets with vendor

Using companies internal tools setup and maintain dogfooding user accounts

Push new software to dogfooders

Keep key project documentation up to date, like homework calendar, project plan, etc.

Device Distribution and Stock Management

Audit upcoming SW features and assess whether they meet requirements of the program

Collaborate across companies teams and external vendor to run dogfooding program

First line of defense for dogfooder problems and bugs

Following up with DRIs to ensure deliverables are completed on time or escalated appropriately

Skills and Requirements

Attention to detail

Able to quickly understand technical system at high-level

Comfortable with performing operational tasks, e.g. distributing devices, pushing SW

Experience working with prototype devices

Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization

Experience with software development lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities

Adept at creating project documentation and tailoring communication appropriately to audiences null
